tzoc-che: Rigoberta Menchu Tum, this year’s Nobel Peace laureate for Great Lakes PeaceJam, on indigenous rights in Guatemala.  an amazing indigenous womyn and one of my sheroes. i feel this…it speaks of my people too. i am of lipis, igorot, and moro ancestry, and im proud to be katutubo. i am not a pilipino.
